I'm Mike Dawson. I have 35 years experience teaching, lecturing, presenting and training. I am a CIPD-qualified Trainer and Facilitator and an NLP Master Practitioner. I established PLC training in 1997 to provide the training required to meet business objectives and boost employee performance. I do recycle paper, bottles and cans; I don’t recycle training programmes. Yours will be unique to you.

I make sure yours is a sound investment by helping you to analyse the business needs and agreeing and evaluating your expected outcomes. I provide a professional and personal service, free from costly corporate embellishment (i.e. bullshit), and therefore at a competitive cost. I can provide fancy pens and leather bound proposals but my guess is you’d prefer solid, workable, cost-effective training solutions; so that’s what I give you. Look at the clients who like my down-to-earth approach and see the various challenges I have responded to. I don’t have snowy mountain tops and sporting glories graphics on my website because I’m pragmatic, down-to-earth and sceptical of tired clichés.
